To order the 2nd edition of The Ol' Hook & Eye...
- First, if for any reason you do not want to use the online form, you can
Buy The Ol' Hook & Eye With a Check or Money Order.
- To order The Ol' Hook & Eye online, select from the "Quantity" menu below
the number of books you would like. If you wish to order more than three books, please
contact me.
- If you want your book autographed by the author, click the appropriate checkbox. You
also have the option to type an inscription. Please note that although I guarantee your
satisfaction, books with personal inscriptions cannot be returned.
- Clicking the "Buy Now" button will open a new window to a secure PayPal page. Hartzler Publishing
uses PayPal to process its credit card transactions. You DO NOT need to join PayPal to use
this service. If you don't have a PayPal account, simply click "continue" near the bottom of the page.
You may cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the PayPal window.
- On the second PayPal page you will need to enter your credit card and billing information.
Your credit card information is secure with PayPal and is not revealed to any other parties,
including Hartzler Publishing. Whatever information is shared with Hartzler Publishing
(email, shipping address, telephone number) is held in the strictest confidence and will
only be used to process your order (see our Privacy Policy).
When finished, click the "Review Order and Continue" button.
- On the third PayPal page you can review your order. Althouh the "Quantity" column
may read only one, the true quantity of your book order is under the "Description" column.
- Books will be sent FREE to US residents as
USPS Media Mail. Usually, delivery time
is between two to eight days, but the postal service does not guarantee delivery of Media Mail
within a specified time. Depending upon the season and distance, it may be several weeks before
your book arrives. If you just can't wait to get your hands on The Ol' Hook & Eye,
when you review the order, you have the option to have books sent as
USPS Priority Mail at
additional expense.
- Those of you who live outside of the US
may notice a big price jump in shipping when you order more than one book. This is because a
single book can be mailed in a USPS
Priority Mail envelope and an order of two or more books requires a pricier
box. To save money, you can place several orders for a single book. However, the books will
be shipped in individual envelopes and may not arrive at the same time.
- It would be helpful if you supply us with a telephone number in case there is a problem
with your order and your email does not work.
- Note that on this review page you can also change where you want your book delivered.
- Please look over and be sure your order, autograph and delivery address are correct.
Once you are satisfied, click the "Pay Now" button.
- There! You have just ordered a copy of The Ol' Hook & Eye and it will
soon be on its way to you! You can now close the PayPal window and continue browsing the
KV website.
