filled out online before you print it.
- Select the checkbox associated with the number of books you would like to order.
If you wish to order more than three books, please contact me.
- Select your mailing preference. Books will be sent FREE to
US residents as
USPS Media Mail. Usually, delivery time
is between two to eight days, but the postal service does not guarantee delivery of Media Mail
within a specified time. Depending upon the season and distance, it may be several weeks before
your book arrives. If you just can't wait to get your hands on The Ol' Hook & Eye,
when you review the order, you have the option to have books sent as
USPS Priority Mail at
additional expense.
- Those of you who live outside of the US
may notice a big price jump in shipping when you order more than one book. This is because a
single book can be mailed in a USPS
Priority Mail envelope and an order of two or more books requires a pricier
box. To save money, you can print several orders for single books. However, the books will
be shipped in individual envelopes and may not arrive at the same time.
- Select if you are a pennsylvania resident or not. Pennsylvania requires a 6% sales tax
on products and shipping cost.
- If you want your book autographed by the author, click the appropriate checkbox. You
also have the option to type an inscription (example: "To John"). Please note that
although I guarantee your satisfaction, books with personal inscriptions cannot be returned.
- Fill out the mailing address of where you want your book delivered.
- It would be helpful if you supply us with a telephone number and an email address in
case there is a problem with your order.
- Now just click the print button at the bottom of the form. Review the form and mail it
along with your check and money order (in US currency)
in the amount shown on the "TOTAL" line to:
